1. We believe the Holy Bible alone (the canon of sixty-six books in the Old and New Testaments) to be the inspired, inerrant, authoritative word of God, written down by the Prophets and the Apostles.

  2. We believe there is one God, eternally existent and manifested in three persons: the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

  3. We believe our Lord Jesus Christ was fully man and fully God; in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, in His sending the Holy Spirit to indwell, gift and empower His church, and in Christ’s personal return in power and glory.

  4. We believe that all human beings are lost, born with a sin nature. For salvation, regeneration by the Holy Spirit, a saving faith in Jesus Christ is essential. Salvation by faith is a gracious gift from God, it is not earned. Faith comes by hearing of the Word of God. In truly hearing, the grace of God brings us to faith. By faith alone we are saved.

  5. We believe in the active presence and ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose power the Christian is gifted and empowered to live a godly life, and to minister and serve the cause of Christ. We believe that when the whole truth of the Gospel message is taught, received and believed, the Holy Spirit manifests God’s active, alive and awesome presence through Christians, His church, by means of the gifts of the Spirit — given and empowered by the Spirit.

  6. We believe all Christian believers are one in our Lord Jesus Christ. The true Church is the body of Christ of which He is the head. We are joined to Him as His body.

  7. We believe that Jesus Christ is living and actively present in Holy Communion, strengthening the bond of fellowship, joining us together in Christ.

  8. We hold to a believer’s baptism. All those who have come to saving faith are baptized as Jesus commanded; made clean and pure by the washing of baptismal water, baptized into Christ’s death, made one with Christ in His body the church, and raised to new life in Christ just as He was raised from the dead.

  9. We believe in the resurrection of the redeemed unto eternal life and the lost unto eternal judgment.
